Jwaundace Candece is one of Hollywood’s most popular stuntwomen. She has performed stunts for Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson, Golden Globe winner Queen Latifah, Tyra Banks, Mo'Nique, Whoopi Goldberg and Kym Whitley to name just a few.
Jwaundace worked on the TV hit Women of Wrestling, playing the bad guy, Delta Lotta Pain, a member of the notorious "Caged Heat", and along with her sidekicks, Loca and Vendetta, they dominated the ring becoming WOW's first Tag Team Champions in 2001.
Veteran stuntwoman, Elle Alexander, recognized Jwaundace’s talents and introduced her to stunt coordinator, John Medlen, who immediately signed her to perform stunts for Queen Latifah, on her hit movie “Bringing Down the House” for which Jwaundace was nominated for Best Fight in the 2003 MTV Movie Awards. Jwaundace has gone on to work with Queen Latifah performing stunts in "Scary Movie 3", "Taxi" and "Last Holiday".
She works on national commercials, and has worked for Dodge, Volkswagen, Wendy's and Lantus.
With her thorough grounding in stunt work, Jwaundace is working as an action actress, performing in episodes of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles”, "Nip/Tuck” and “CSI”.
She has worked with some great directors and hopes to one day also work with Brett Ratner, J.J. Abrams, Spike Lee, Ridley Scott, John Singleton and Quentin Tarrintino.
With her training and workout regimen, Jwaundace is always ready for action.
Jwaundace hopes she can inspire others through her work on and off camera. She strives to be eco-friendly and hopes others will join in the world cause to save the earth by recycling and conserving!
